Salary Range: $85,000-- $90,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary IT Manager to lead the development and integration of advanced AI-powered solutions, modernize departmental workflows, and drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, chatbots, AI agents, website development, web scraping tools, and enterprise modernization. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes through automation, AI, and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Conversational Systems Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered chatbots, AI agents, and RAG-based solutions to enhance customer and internal interactions.

  • Implement context-aware AI assistants that improve user experience and automate business workflows.

  • Continuously refine and fine-tune LLM models to optimize performance and reduce hallucinations.

Web Development & Automation

  • Oversee website development and optimization, ensuring modern UX/UI standards and performance best practices.

  • Develop and manage web scraping tools for data extraction, competitive analysis, and business intelligence.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations while implementing scraping and automation solutions.

Technology Modernization & Digital Transformation

  • Assess, strategize, and implement departmental modernization initiatives by integrating AI-driven automation and process optimizations.

  • Work with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement innovative tech solutions.

  • Drive cloud-based solutions, API integrations, and automation pipelines to improve operational efficiency.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Leads IT team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align technology
    initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to future-
    proof the organization’s tech stack.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in AI development, software engineering, or technology leadership roles.

  • Proven experience in LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of RAG systems, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), and retrieval models.

  • Expertise in developing chatbots and AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI API, or custom implementations.

  • Hands-on experience in web development (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Flask, or similar frameworks).

  • Proficiency in web scraping tools and frameworks (e.g., Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Puppeteer).

  • Experience in modernizing legacy systems through cloud adoption, automation, and AI-driven transformation.

  • Strong understanding of API integrations, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and MLOps.

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD automation.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration.
