Material Planner Responsibilities

• Work daily report which contain items that need to be replenished
• Expedite late or hot shipments
• MUST have MS Office experience, especially Outlook and Excel
• Work backorders, zero stock and stock replenishment items
• Generating paperwork required for Return Authorizations
• Shipping materials using FedEx and other 3PLs
• Complete profiles on SAP, which allow customers to place electronic sales orders for purchases from the stockroom
• Set up the views on SAP for new part setups, reviewing Min / Max Levels on stock items
• Complete Backorder Analysis on a monthly basis for their stockroom location
• Managing inventory of materials needing repair

Material Planner Pay: $20.19/ hour

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm M-F
