Postion: Shipping Team Lead A shft

Shift: A-Shift: 6am-6pm Sun-Tues and every other Wed

Pay: $22.50/ hour

Team Lead Job Summary:

The Shipping Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of shipping associates to ensure efficient and timely shipment of products. The primary objective of this role is to coordinate and optimize shipping operations to meet delivery targets , while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Material Coordinator Essential Duties:

• Separating silicon wafers in cleanroom environment
• Assemble packages with appropriate shipping materials
• Palletizing of outgoing shipments
• Process shipments utilizing the FIFO method unless otherwise directed
• Self-starter with little supervision
• Float to other areas as needed
• Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out domestic and international shipping
• High volume performance a must
• Ensure compliance the rules and regulations
• Perform accurate shipping transactions in SAP
• Daily reporting and assigning daily work
• Team Management
• Weekend coverage
• Risk Management and problem solving
• Identifying improvements and quality assurance

Qualifications:

• A minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite of resources including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Advanced SAP skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Goal driven and superior work ethic
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
